Booking a massage and manicure on the same day

Published October 21, 2026 · Combined Visits

Many guests at Oriental Oasis want table work and nail work without making two trips to Vermont Avenue. That is doable. It takes a little sequencing so polish has time to dry and the massage is not cut short.

Do the massage first

Start with the body service. Oil on the skin and a relaxed table hour come before color. If you paint nails first, you will guard wet polish on the massage table and you will not rest. After the massage, wash hands if needed, then sit for the manicure. Pedicure can follow or replace the manicure depending on time.

Use a package when you want a set price

The $129 special is one hour of stress reduction massage plus a traditional manicure and whirlpool spa pedicure. The $199 special adds a deep pore cleaning facial. Both are listed under specials and deals. If you only want massage and hands, ask the desk to price those two services instead of the full set. The a la carte massage rates stay on the massage page.

How long should you block?

Plan two to two and a half hours for massage plus mani/pedi. Add another hour if a facial is in the mix. Do not book a 3 p.m. conference call on the same afternoon. Drying time is part of the visit, not extra.

What should you wear?

Clothes that come off easily for massage, then slip-on shoes for the pedicure. Avoid tight boots on polish day. If you are coming from an office, a blazer over a simple top is easier than a dress that has to go over wet fingers.

Tell us the order you want when you request the appointment. We will hold the room and a nail chair so you are not waiting in the lobby between services. For first-time massage notes, read how to prepare for Swedish massage. For the pedicure itself, use the whirlpool guide.

Call 202-312-5533. The desk can say whether the same-day pairing is open on the date you have in mind.
